Delivery
'One-of-a-kind' jewelry is shipped within a few days of ordering, while 'made-to-order' jewelry is shipped within a few weeks of ordering.
Your order will be shipped with 'track and trace', so you can follow the package's path to you.
Please note that I currently only ship to countries within Europe.
Delivery times:
- Denmark: 1-3 days
- Europe: 4-15 days
If you live outside Europe, but would like to place an order, you are always welcome to contact me and hear what the options for delivery to your country are.
Return
If you should regret your purchase, you have 14 days to contact info@dyannefinejewelry.com , after which I will send all the necessary information you need to be able to return the item.
Once I have received the item and confirmed that it is in the same condition as when ordered, the money will be returned.
Please note that if you order a custom-made piece of jewelry, this cannot be refunded.
As a customer, you are responsible for the return costs and ensuring that the package arrives safely.
