Welcome to Dyanne Fine Jewelry. By making a purchase on my website you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Products
All jewelry sold on my website is handmade, which means each product may have slight variations in design and finish. I do my best to describe and display the products accurately, but colors and details may vary depending on screen settings and materials.
Order
When you place an order with Dyanne Fine Jewelry, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. This confirmation is only an acknowledgement that I have received your order and not a confirmation that the order has been accepted. A binding agreement is only concluded when the goods have been shipped to you and you have received a shipping confirmation.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. I reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment
I accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Payment will only be taken once your order has been shipped, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
I strive to ship orders within 1-2 days if the item is in stock, and within 1-2 weeks if the item is made to order, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination. Read more under the 'Delivery & Returns' section.
Any delays will be announced and you will be informed if there are any problems fulfilling your order.
Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, unless the item is custom-made or customized to your wishes. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me in writing via email at info@dyannefinejewelry.com within 14 days.
Returned goods must be in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage, unless the goods are misdelivered or defective.
Complaint
If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please contact me immediately by email at info@dyannefinejewelry.com and I will help you arrange a return or exchange of the item.
Guarantee
My jewelry is handmade with care and precision, and I offer a 6-month warranty against any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper treatment of the jewelry.
Responsibility
Dyanne Fine Jewelry is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the products. Dyanne Fine Jewelry is only liable for direct losses caused by its own errors or negligence.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective upon posting. You are required to comply with the applicable terms when shopping at Dyanne Fine Jewelry.
